Global Language Scholarship (GLS) Award recognizes students at the high school, community college, or university level who have demonstrated excellence in language learning, active participation in the Rivers Foundation essay, and leadership at the community level. The application documents for this award include a world language learning student, 500 word essay on a specific topic, a 3.0 minimum grade point average, a student of the Gingerland Secondary School, and a St Kitts and Nevis citizen.
